Most care at Reign Men’s Health is delivered via telehealth — which means you can be seen from home, your office, or wherever is convenient. Limited in-person visits are available on a case-by-case basis when clinically necessary. We’ll let you know if that applies to your situation.
Yes — Reign Men’s Health is a sole provider practice. You work directly with Dr. Jai Guillory, DNP, APRN, FNP-C at every visit. There are no rotating staff, no hand-offs, and no one-size-fits-all protocols. Your care is personal from start to finish.
Reign Men’s Health is a private pay practice. We do not bill insurance for consultations or treatment. This allows us to focus entirely on your care — without the limitations, delays, or restrictions that come with insurance-based medicine. Lab work is ordered separately, and you are welcome to submit labs to your insurance — however, we cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement. Cash-pay lab options at negotiated rates are available through CPL.
Many patients use their HSA or FSA accounts for medical services. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility, as coverage varies by plan. We are happy to provide documentation to support your submission.
No. Reign Men’s Health is a specialty practice focused on hormone optimization, performance, and men’s health — not a substitute for primary care. We strongly encourage all patients to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for general health, preventive care, and acute illness.
Your intake is a focused, one-on-one telehealth visit with Dr. Guillory. We go through your health history, your current symptoms, your goals, and what you have already tried. Before your consultation, a lab requisition is sent to you within 2 business days of booking. Labs should be completed 7 to 10 days before your visit so your results are ready to review together — where we build your plan.
Yes — your lab requisition is sent to you within 2 business days of booking. Please complete your draw as soon as possible and schedule your consultation 7 to 10 days after your lab draw to allow time for results to come in. We order our own comprehensive panel to ensure a full and current picture of where you are today.
Your lab requisition can be taken to a draw site near you — CPL (preferred cash pay option with negotiated rates across Texas), LabCorp, or Quest. You are also welcome to use your insurance at LabCorp or Quest, though we cannot guarantee coverage.
This is one of the most common things we hear. “Normal” on a standard lab range does not always mean optimal for you. We look at your labs in context — alongside your symptoms, your age, your goals, and how you actually feel. Numbers tell part of the story. You tell the rest.
When properly managed, TRT is a well-established, evidence-based treatment. At Reign, we monitor your labs regularly, adjust dosing based on how your body responds, and watch for any changes that require attention. Like any medical treatment, it carries risks — which we discuss openly with every patient before starting.
Results vary by individual and by the type of treatment. Some men notice changes in energy and mood within a few weeks. Full benefits — including changes in body composition and strength — typically develop over several months of consistent treatment. There are no shortcuts. Consistency is part of what makes this work.
No. Treatment is only recommended when your labs and symptoms both support it. We do not prescribe to fill a quota or meet a sales target. If treatment is not appropriate for you, we’ll tell you that directly — and talk through what else might help.
Medications are shipped discreetly directly to your home. No clinic visits required for refills. Everything arrives with clear instructions, and we’re available if you have questions about administration.
We work with adult men — typically 25 and older. Low testosterone and hormonal imbalance are not exclusive to older men. If you’re experiencing symptoms at any age, it’s worth having a conversation. Age alone doesn’t determine whether treatment is appropriate — your labs and symptoms do.
Most primary care visits are 15 minutes. Hormone optimization and men’s performance health require more time, more nuance, and a provider who specializes in this area. At Reign, every visit is one-on-one, focused entirely on you, and built around your labs and your goals — not a checklist. We don’t replace your primary care provider. We fill a gap they often don’t have time to address.
Absolutely. Your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with third parties. Telehealth visits are conducted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Since Reign Men’s Health is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance, your consultations and treatment are not submitted to your insurance company. If you choose to submit lab work to insurance yourself, that would be between you and your insurer.
The best way to get answers is a direct conversation. Book a consultation and we’ll address everything before we get started.
