Initial Consultation & Intake

Your intake is where everything starts. This is your time with Dr. Guillory — a focused, one-on-one conversation about how you feel, your health history, and your goals.

  • Comprehensive one-on-one consultation with Dr. Guillory, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
  • Full health history and symptom review
  • Lab requisition sent within 2 business days of booking — initial draw at CPL is covered as part of your consultation. LabCorp and Quest accepted if you prefer to use your insurance.
  • Treatment recommendations based on your results and how you feel
  • Personalized care plan — built around you, not a template
$250 One-time intake fee

Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Clinically monitored, symptom-driven TRT. All follow-up monitoring labs included in your monthly fee. Medication ships discreetly to your door.

Injections $195/mo or $525/quarter

Medication and follow-up lab monitoring included. First prescription covers approximately 8 weeks.

Creams $225/mo or $599/quarter

Medication and follow-up lab monitoring included.

Medical Weight Loss

Medically supervised weight loss with prescription support where clinically appropriate. Your protocol is built around your labs and your life — not a generic plan.

Peptides & Performance Therapy

Selectively used to support recovery, sleep, and body composition. Only recommended when your goals and labs align. Protocol and pricing discussed during consultation.

First Responder, Military, Veteran, Nurse & Teacher Discount

Firefighters, police, EMS, nurses, active military, veterans, and teachers receive 10% off their monthly rate. Verify at consultation. No expiration.

Important Information
  • Reign Men’s Health is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance for consultation or treatment fees.
  • Your initial lab draw at CPL is covered as part of your consultation fee. If you prefer to use your own insurance, LabCorp and Quest are also accepted and billed directly through your insurance at the draw site. All follow-up monitoring labs are included in your monthly treatment fee once care begins. Although most insurance plans cover routine lab work, Reign Men’s Health cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
  • Additional therapies may be recommended based on your labs and goals. Any add-on treatment fees will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding — no surprises.
  • Treatment is only recommended when clinically appropriate. Not every consultation results in a prescription.
  • Results vary and depend on individual health factors, consistency, and follow-through with the treatment plan.
  • This practice does not serve as a replacement for primary care.
