The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits, and/or views the website. Reign Men’s Health (“company,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
All information and content on this website are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. This website is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.
Important: This website and any contact or intake forms are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Reign Men’s Health provides care exclusively via telehealth, delivered by Dr. Jai Guillory, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, licensed in the State of Texas. Services are available to individuals physically located in Texas at the time of their visit. This practice does not replace a primary care provider. Treatment is based on individual evaluation; not all individuals qualify.
Reign Men’s Health is a private-pay practice. Visit fees, treatment fees, and our cancellation and refund policies are governed by the Patient Agreement you review and sign before treatment begins.
In general: visit fees become non-refundable once your lab requisition has been sent, and monthly treatment fees become non-refundable once medication has shipped for that cycle. Supplement and product purchases are final sale. For complete terms, refer to your signed Patient Agreement, or contact us before booking with any questions.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Reign Men’s Health and protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
This website may reference or link to third-party services, including our laboratory partners. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and that party.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved solely between you and Reign Men’s Health — you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action against us.
Disputes relating to your use of this website, or to billing and payment matters, shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before either party pursues any other legal remedy. This arbitration provision does not apply to health care liability claims. Under Texas law (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 74.451), an agreement to arbitrate a health care liability claim is not enforceable unless it is signed by an attorney for the patient, which is not part of this website’s terms of use.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, that provision will be deemed omitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reign Men’s Health regarding use of this website, and supersede any prior communications on this subject. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Informed Consent and Patient Agreement you sign before receiving clinical care.
